Offset Printing at No Additional Cost:
- Offset Printing: Ideal for photos, images or gradient designs. 150 lines per inch. Full halftone dot range. Less glossy in appearance.
- Screen Printing: Ideal for vector-only designs. 120 lines per inch. Halftone dot range 15%–90%. More glossy in appearance.

Turnaround Time:
Turn is generally 10–13 business days, including the art approval phase, replication, printing and assembly to the day that the CDs will ship from the factory. Domestic ground shipping will typically add 2–5 business days to the timeline, depending on the destination. Usually this means most projects take about 3–3.5 weeks to the day you have them in hand, once you factor in weekends.
We strive aggressively to meet the standard turn, but will not be held liable for any delays whatsoever. Plan ahead. We urge you to give yourself a buffer period of at least two weeks between the date you anticipate receiving your CDs and any contingent events.
Quantity shipped subject to +/- 5%. The price remains the same either way.
The most frequent cause of delays is supplied artwork not arriving at proper specification, even when the client’s graphic designer is convinced otherwise. Experienced designers do not typically have problems in their designs that cause delays. They’ve been around the block and know what to expect. If you are using a designer with less experience in CD layout design, we strongly urge you to plan ahead and allow yourself extra time in case it is needed.
Audio Master Specifications:
WARNING: DO NOT SEND YOUR ONLY EXISTING MASTER. IF YOU HAVE ONLY ONE, PLEASE MAKE AN EXACT DUPLICATE FOR BACKUP PURPOSES.
Must be to RED BOOK Standard. We highly recommend that you master your CD with software dedicated to creating RED BOOK audio masters such as WaveBurner, Jam, Peak or MasterList for Mac and CD Architect or WaveLab for PC, to name a few.
Masters between 74 and 79 minutes may require a waiver stating that the client understands the product may not play on all CD players (particularly older ones). This is a limitation of some players, not the CD itself. CDs above 74 minutes have become very common.
